    NAC & Rescue Swimmer

    Hey Brothers,

Former Navy "brown shoe" here (1990-2001). Started as an AQ, and crossed over to AMS in 95. Went to Aircrew in 92, and Rescue Swimmer with HCS-5 (98 to 01).

I joined this site, and became a Lifetime Platinum Member here for the incredible amount of info available for us Cummins owners. I look forward to reading the many discussions and insights here.

Thank you all for the welcome. It was an honor to serve, and I thank the US Navy and the people of this country for allowing me to serve.

I also continue to be humbled and amazed by the knowledge and expertise of the folks on this forum.

Retired AM1 in 2003, went through NACCS in 1987, then on to C130 Flight Engineer pipeline, toughest schooling I ever went through but would not trade it for anything.

Went back to Pcola a few years ago and didnt recognize much, I think the dreaded Obstacle course is gone now......

As is the old Rescue Swimmer school house.

It was damaged from a hurricane that blew through there awhile back.

Nothing but a parking lot next to the sea wall now.

I went to NACCS in '92 and RSS in '98.
