    Post Intro

Bought my 2014 Ram 2500 in November of 2017. First diesel I’ve ever owned. Been fortunate to have stubbled across this forum early on in my adventure. Guess you could say I’ve been here, unofficially.

Ive always done the maintenance and repairs on my vehicles so I’m no stranger to turning wrenches. I enjoy it, it’s a bit medicinal for me.

So more about my truck. I searched for the right one for a few months before I gave up... low and behold, I found it when I least expected it. At a Toyota dealership on my way home from work. It needed some work, but it was promising because it hadn’t been used for heavy towing or been modified. After some hassling and putting dollars to repairs, I got the deal I could not refuse. It was all cosmetic issues anyway.

Long story short, the truck no longer has clear tape replacing the mirror turn signal lens, worn tires, broken best top power steps, terrible clear coat scratches, filthy filters (poorly maintained) and missing or blown bulbs.

Im excited to be a member and to share my experiences and small knowledge I’ve obtain through trial and error. Looking forward to learning more and completing my future plans on this truck.

Welcome to the forum my friend. We look forward to hearing your knowledge as well. Glad you were able to find your truck! It's always when you least expect it LOL. I like to think about the what ifs. What if i had not have glanced over there and happen to see the roof of it in the background LOL! If it's meant to be it's meant to be!
