Hello to Everyone,
Bought a 15 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins (97,000 odo) to replace my 14 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi (67,000 odo) to pull my toy hauler. Kinda of tired of getting 7mpg Towing. I've had it about 5 days engine light has already come on,not the start i was hoping for . I'm in it for the long haul now--pun intended! Thought this would be a good place to start by learning and getting some ideas from the people who have been there, done that.

Welcome! My CEL came on my first day and it turned out to be a Nox sensor. The truck had been sitting for 3 months and I ran some hotshot extreme injector cleaner, I think cleaning the system set mine off. Do you have a way to check the code? Take caution if your CEL is blinking.

Welcome! A 5 day old truck with a CEL isn't cool! Most part stores(Advance, Auto zone etc.) have scanners to use for free if you don't have a way of checking with a programmer. Let us know what code it's throwing so we can try to help you. Enjoy the forum!Hello to Everyone,
