Question CCV and air filter codes at same time

so im aware i probably need to "change" my CCV filter, as the perform service message came up for it, however, not even 24hrs after that ive been getting service air filter messages, any ideas on whether they're related or what to do about the air filter situation, i checked it out and it seems clean enough, i wouldn't think it would be degrading airflow by the state its in.

I have the MM3 with a 60HP tune set right now, as well as a 5 inch exhaust, currently have not removed the EGR but it should be turned off from the tuning

How many miles do you have on both filters?

I only just recently bought the truck, I believe the air filter was new about 2000 miles ago, give or take, however I would be willing to bet the CCV filter is due by now, as I'm sure the dealer did not change it.. Currently at 115*** thousand miles

If it were me and the air filter is new, I'd just replace the CCV filter and clear the codes with your MM3.

Do you have the factory air intake? I'd also check the vent lines coming out of the crank case going into the air intake.

Think I found the problem with the airflow issue, deleted the CCV filter while I was at it too, will report once all is put back together

LOL, yup the intake tube that is in the fender was collapsed, once I removed the tube and cleared the code I went for a test drive and all was good. Thanks for the help
