I have 2014 2500 just deleted and have maybe 50 miles on it after delete. When can I start towing? I’m trying to do more stop go to get the trans to learn faster, tomorrow I have to tow 6000 lbs about 60 miles just wondering if I will be ok or if I should borrow a truck?

I have about 140 on it know, I had more on it the other day but Dirk from MM3 wanted me to update my sd card and then I had to reinstall the tunes, when I did that that starts the relearn proses of the trans right?

Yes, definitely. At 140 miles I'd say trans is about caught up, especially if most of them are 'around town' type miles. Just be smart when you start out towing, avoid heavy footed downshifts out of 6th or 5th and everything will be fine.Originally Posted by Abgunnar

So I towed the trailer today the trans seemed good took it easy, had about 155 miles on befor we loaded the exploder 973A343F-E6D0-4286-8FEF-D4AD045B9540.jpg

Yeah I was towing on the 30 hp tune, I barely felt it was there. And now that it’s deleted it feels like the exhaust brake works even better in tow haul mode.Shoot! Was that all?? I bet you barely noticed it was back there.
