Surge or lope at idle problem

2014 Cummins 6.7 . Full delete, 5 in tb, single tow tune Eli live. 80,000 mi.
Looking for reason for surge. Sometimes only in park. Sometimes at redlight . Runs great other than that. Just started this. Fuel filters only 5000.
