So I purchased a set of new tail lights that replaced my factory OEM led tail lights but I'm getting that hyper blinker crap and I installed resistors but that didnt fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are they LEDs ?
If so, did you put resistors on both sides ?

Welcome @Cinidc!!
Have you tried running the new lights without the resistors? I was thinking that only trucks with standard bulbs needed resistors when switching to LEDs. Since you had factory LED you may not need them with your new lights.
