Has anyone ordered or have any input on the diesel truck products delete pipe?

I had an issue with the seller.
They shipped after I requested a cancellation, then they will not respond for a return after one email.
They responded once with a PO box, and then stopped all further communication.
You cannot ship to a PO box via UPS or FedEx.
I would avoid as this is very shady.
