    Yes they are. The wires are seperate. I have them wired as daytime running lights. I found a fuse that only comes on when the key is on or the truck are running. They won't turn on if i do a remote start though.

    Other than that, they are on all the time.

    The only issue is you have to adjust the beam, maybe that's why some folks say they don't light up the road well. Once adjusted I didn't have any issues at night. Anyway, you have to remove them from the front end to adjust them, then put them back in place and hold them with your hand and check for correct alingment and repeat if nessary. Throw a towel over the other headlight while you make the adjustments on one side at a time. That makes it super easy to see exactly what your doing.
