As for the reflash, you just program it like you did the first time. As the the trans relearn, after loading tune you should drive easy for a few hundred miles so the trans gets to know the new software. I would do a mix of city/highway driving AFTER you've done about 30-50 miles of city driving. You want the trans to shift up/down as much as it can during this time so it can relearn it's shift points.

So I had some time at work to goof off and do some searching. Question I will do a new Trans tune re-learn, when I reflash my EGR-LESS tune do I need to remove the original tune completely from the MM3 memory or and reload the SD card and re-flash? with being at work with this long hours I haven’t had a chance to look at my MM3 and options to see what the steps are to do a re-flash. if there are just options in the MM3. I remember that when I installed the obd connection was the last connection that was plugged in.

I work for the government and the internet here at work has so many protections and viewing blocks that even tho I can go on IGOTA there are certain things with search and some forums I cant view. Its totally on my end and being at work . I tried to look through DRD’s own thread on here but its limited with my work computer.

I have my original white and black pictures/MM3 instruction manual that came with my MM3 but it doesn’t talk about doing a re-flash.

Easy way is to re flash stock tune and then re flash the egr less tune or delete tune. Which ever one you have been running

The only information I have attained was to normally drive your vehicle without using the engine break for at least 200 miles.
