So when i bought my truck it came with a hypertech econ programmer. The program was already installed. so now i wanted to return to stock and see how much it actually did and if it messed with my shift points at all. While attempting to return to stock an error popped up and said error:6b computer unresponsive. then said to call hypertech. well its a sunday and guess who's tech support is closed. So i plugged it into my computer to update it and after 20 minutes of downloading update software i go to update it and it says this: "the tuner could not be updated for the following reason: tuner has an interrupted back to stock session. Please return the last programmed vehicle to stock before updating. if this problem continues call tech support." So i am stuck with a 9000lb. paperweight in my driveway until i can get a hold of them. any suggestions or thoughts you guys have would be awesome!
