    New to Ram/Cummings

I just bought my first diesel!! I’m pretty handy so I would like to preform the EGR/DEF complete delete with exhaust change. The under the hood part isn’t an issue for me. My concern is the programing. I was told I could plug a programmer in and increase HP by 75 and disconnect the programmer and all would be could. ( Not sure if that’s even what I need) Does this sound right? If so what programmer would I need? My goal is to have the sound like an old diesel while improving my gas mileage. My use for the truck in normal driving and pulling my bumper pull camper (8500 lb).

Question. Did I post my question incorrectly? I haven’t received a response. I figured deleting the DEF system was common.

Are you looking at a certain programmer?
