There are 4 plugs unplugged after the EGR and throttle valve deletes. 1 from the throttle valve, 2 on the drivers side from the cross over EGR tube and 1 on the passenger side from the EGR valve thingy.

Yes that's correct. I forgot about the sensor in the tube. You said it cranks but wont fire correct?
Here's a few pics. Can anyone please tell me what the last picture is of? It's located on the passenger side below the negative terminal of the battery. Is this the starter solenoid?

Sorry the air box tube is off for better access.
Grid heater solenoid
Im assuming you had the air filter tube connected when you tried to start?
Thanks for all your help ram hunter! I've tried to start it with the air intake tube on and off.
So the truck runs on a stock tune?

Quick update. Anarchy has built me a new tune spacific to my truck using my VIN# and deletes to insure I have the correct tune. After installing this new tune my truck started! I took it on a short drive and it felt awesome. BUT WAIT... after parking and turning my truck off it again would not start. After trying to start it a few more times it will start sometimes and not start other times. Now it seems that I'm getting a persistent code from the trucks CEL for "service throttle valve controller" and another from the MM3 saying P0335:crankshaft position sensor performance. I'm still not sure about the throttle valve code but after researching the crankshaft position code the symptoms are almost identical to what my truck is doing. So I'll be ordering a new crankshaft position sensor and see if that fixes the starting issue. Then deal with the throttle valve. I'll let you all know how it goes.
This is exactly what my truck is doing. This is a thread I found talking about the same problems. I don't want to direct anyone away from this forum but this artical is perfect for my situation.
