    Hello everybody

    Afternoon/Evening/Morning All,

Happened to stumbled across this forum while looking for options on what to do with my truck '15 2500 MC. I was the lucky winner of my DEF pump taking a crap right at 59K miles, and I'm sure everyone is aware the emissions warranty runs out at 50K. So the big debate replace the pump or hit a speed pump and have everything fall off. After much research and pain to my wallet I decided to go with the DRD express tune (+30hp) route. Since I needed to have my truck back up and running I was off to the races on finding a dang exhaust, sweet I'll just get the delete pipe. Boy was I wrong on that one, couldn't find one to say my life so I had to settle on the AFE 4" with muffler. Hopefully with the exhaust comes in on Monday I'll be able to see what all the fuss is about with DRD and unleash the beast within.

So far DRD was quick to answer any questions needed, the only thing I did not care for was not being able to simply call the company and speak to someone. I'm sure they get overloaded by calls.

This is my third diesel, 2004 Ram 3500 5.9 then I went to 2014 1500 with the ECO (lemon law) replaced it with a nice 2018 Sport 1500. To only sell the Sport to my buddy to buy my fathers 2015 2500, I will say the motors sure have changed from 2004.

Welcome! Great choice by going with DRD for tuning.

He is extremely busy and sometimes the amount of phone calls he gets back logs until the next day. He is also the tech support line as well which people pay to have him on the phone troubleshooting so this does take alot of time as well.

I promise he is not ignoring you by any means and if you email him will respond back extremely quickly unless he is just swamped but he always gets back with everyone. If you would like a phone call im sure you can email him and discuss a good time for both of you.

    Keep us updated bud!

As I said he did get back to me quickly but some times it’s nice just being able to call someone vs having to wait for a response.

I'm new to DRD myself and I'm impressed as to how fast he gets back to ya via email. I've not installed a tune yet, but I am looking forward to it, and like you've said, unleash the beast!
