I have heard that code P1687 has been caused because of a failing fuel sending unit and P0460 has come up due to misreading of the sending unit meter not measuring proper fuel level. The 1693 is a common ECM error code which is kinda like the limp mode code for dodge. This is commonly thrown when other issues come up from what I understand. Hope this helps you out.

I am confused on what you are saying with the brake light.

Possible for the turbo control and relief codes to Ve caused by a frozen wastegate

I would check to make sure your fuel pump is sending fuel properly... Also it could be due to the wastegate not opening which would be causing the boost to spike and creep
