Anyone Familiar With The ATS Aurora 3000 VFR For The 6.7L Cummins

Hey guys just got the slow turbo response code on my VGT so preparing for it’s death.

I’m looking to stay pretty stock but I am deleted and plan on doing Head studs.

Well it’s come down to 2 choices the cheetah or the Aurora I’m leaning towards the ATS aurora because of the billet unisom ring.

Guess my main question is any one familiar with the new versions for the 2015 6.7.

The few videos I can find the mention it is coming out in a 1-3 stage.

    Wondering thoughts about it.

I've only ever heard of people going to a Cheetah if keeping VGT.

Fleece makes a killer product and the Cheetah is a fantastic turbo.

I personally can't offer any insight into the Aurora beyond this.

I talked to ATS, and they said they are coming out with a 4000 series in August that has more performance than the 3000.

I am getting intermittent turbo controller codes, so I'm also thinking turbo upgrade, but probably worth trying to clean the stock one to see if that fixes it before spending the money.

I haven't looked at the Cheetah yet.

    No kidding?

Maybe I’ll hold out for that.

Although, I’d like to hear how these perform before dropping the dough on something that is new to the market unlike the Fleece Cheetah that has countless reviews and data.

I want to wait to see if this new ATS 4000 has anything to do with the Banshee/VNT Controller, aka ATD Intellibosst VNT/VGT Controller.

I want to wait, but I'm thinking.

Compounds are the way I want to go.

I ordered the ATS 3000 VFR today.

I wish I could wait for the 4000 but need the turbo now.

If anyone has any updates on the 3000, I would love to hear.

    My 2014 2500 6.7L is stock w/ full emissions.

Will add a MM3 from one of our friends here as the only other upgrade.
