    Lowering

Anyone lowered the rear to level their truck, I’m new to the coil spring in the rear just curious if and had done this. I don’t want lower the whole truck just the rear but I don’t want to compromise towing either. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

If you are going to lower the rear you would definitely need to add air bags. If you don't you will spotlighting the tops of trees if you pull any decent weight.

What year truck? We need that info to help you.

Are you just looking to level the truck? The factory puts that rake in the body for loading and aerodynamics.

You need to maintain the drive shaft angle. If you don't it could chatter and chew up u joints. But you're idea is far site better than lifting the front.

You could taker the blocks out and run them to a machine shop and have them fly cut them. Just maintain the center bolt hole. You can adjust the shaft angle there. It's really quite simple. If I remember right. it's 1* for every inch. Been a real long time since I did that stuff.

My bad it’s a 2016 2500 big horn so it’s a coil spring in the rear
