    Regearing Soon 3.42 to 4.10

I've got a question about tuning after regearing. I'm currently running 37s on a 6'' lift. I'm also running Double R Diesel Lite tuning.

Is there anything I need to do with tuning once I regear? Wasn't sure if I needed to for different shift points or even do a relearn?

There is something here that I can't figure out and I wasn't sure if tuning shift points and gears talked to each other any info is greatly appreciated.

    Erik

Hi! I just recently did 3.42 to 4.30 Nitro gear swap for 37" tires. I also run Ray's tuning on my MM3. There isn't any tuning that needs changed, but the shop doing the gears should do a relearn on the transmission after gear install. Also, highly advised to do a fluid change after 500 mile break in.

I just did a 3.42 to 4.11 nitro gear swap. I haven't put my 37s on yet but I didn't have any issues with the transmission or shift points.

Hey just went to 4.10's. I paid $1800 labor. I think that's a little high but had an issue with the pinion bearing. Shop had truck a week and a half.
