Valair quiet dual disc engagment

So I installed my quiet dual disc today and was hoping to get some feed back from anyone who has one. I followed the direction to a t. The clutch starts to engage aroun 2-3” from the floor but doesn’t see to fully engage until the very top. It only has around 30 miles on so definitely not broke on. Doesn’t seem to slip but I haven’t horsed it at all. Anyone have a similar experience?

I installed the same clutch just last month and experience the same thing. Adjusted the hydraulics to the best that I could but it still won’t engage fully until the last 1” or so. Mine also does not shift worth a darn when it’s cold. Probably from the mobil delvac 50 but does not shift like stock form did. All in all I’m happy with it but my guess is what your experiencing is normal. I’m no expert though.
