Anyone getting the code P06D4 sensor voltage 5 circuit high?

It's been 3 days in a row I've gotten this code. Ive reset the DTC but it's getting on my nerves. Ive noticed it happening on cold start ups and it's fine after I reset it. Anything I should be worried about?

When the truck is at normal operating temp or even warm, it hasn't done it yet.

Not that code but I’ve been getting P0652. Going to check battery connections tomorrow.

It you have the RT tunes selected to load at each key up it will do funny things in the cold temps. Do a search here or look on Ray's videos. He just did a video about issues with cold temps and starting issues/codes a few weeks ago if I remeber correctly. If I knew better how to link it I would have sorry.

I worked on a truck with a p06D4 code last week. Ended up being the throttle pedal assembly. Found it with my scan tool in live data. It would glitch a d go to 100% at about 20-25% actual throttle. Replaced and all was good.
Throttle, DPF sensor, a/c, pdf soot delta, and trans pressure all share the same 5v. Reference.
