That puppy looks stubby...like you'd have to bend over to reach it. Let us know how it works.

I actually just started a thread about this in Drivetrain last week. I ordered one too. My only concern is will it transmit vibration/noise through the lever. Will have to see I guess.

well its installed now doesn't look to bad and the placement is much better than the stock one. as far as noise and vibration..... ill update when I drive it
pay no attention to the shift knob. it was one I had laying around (new ones supposed to be here today)

I had one, it was in our 2018 for two days, hated it. Transmits noise up the lever, and its too short, you have to really reach down to grab it, and I'm 6'3 with long arms. Didn't notice any improvement with the added "30 oz weight" and the reduction in throw is minimal.
The G56 shifts so dang nice why mess with it.

I would never consider the short throw but I would consider the 3" longer shifter.

The noise it transmits is a deal breaker for me. I didn't spend 50 grand on a truck to go back to the days of my 78 Ford 4 speed.
