Trans shifting

2015 Cummins Raceme Ultra. Fresh update and setup as properly as my knowledge.
1 exhaust break doesn't want to come on in 3rd grear like it did before.
2 4th gear is holding forever before going to 5th.
Any idea what's causing the issue? Or is it typical after programing?

Was your truck warmed up and the batteries fully charged? You don't want the grid heater kicking on while tuning. Low voltage can cause weird issues.
