You can do either way for the warrantee time.
You need to decide if your dealership will give you static for warrantee services. I've read where some haven't had problems, and others have.

You might consider egr-less tuning. Everything stays in place but at least you're not pumping soot back into your engine.

If you do decide to keep on there for awhile, you will want too make sure you keep the oil changed, don't be afraid to get on it every so often to keep everything moving. If you don't the soot will soot up the VGT actuator and you will have issues. If you have a trailer or something you can tow every so often to put a load on it you will be doing it alot of good as well.

How long to you plan on keeping it? What kinds of driving do you do, miles per year, towing &how heavy? All of these can weigh into the decision. But... Mostly what @AnOldBiker said, you should really talk to your dealership to see how they feel about it.
