    Whistle tune

Ok i searched high and low so here we go.
Can you switch to whistle tune on the fly like the power tunes or maybe while at a stop light or do you have to be parked. It would come in handy when pulling in to a show or special event .

    Re: Whistle tune

You can switch to any sound tunes while moving but some PIDs will zero out, for instance...boost. If you have any boost building when the tune changes, it’ll zero to that spot then show negative when it should read zero. I hope that makes sense. It’s best to change them at a stop though.

I emailed Ray. He said any RPM/speed is fine when switching in between the whistle and 12v sound tunes

It has HP level behind it.

I realize it has the hp levels with it just wondered if it had and affects on the turbo. Less lag? Quicker spool? Any effects on how the exhaust brake operates. Etc or if its just noisier at idle from the vanes being closed up

There are no gains relative to tune. 120 normal tune and 120 whistle will drive and shift the same. Just the mapping on the vanes is different at lower rpm to make it sing

Exhaust brake will not work on the whistle tune.
