Miles with deletes and DRD tuning

    Ok folks
Not sure if this has been asked before, I was just curious as to how many miles you have on your trucks with your custom tuning/any issues, what year they are and maybe a brief description as to what you use/do with your rigs.

Re: Miles with deletes and DRD tuning

Bought my 2012 in March of 2013 to avoid the upcoming def models. Towed a 10,000 lb travel trailer in May and was thoroughly unimpressed, so I deleted and tuned right away. Now we have a 12,000 lb fifth wheel and hardly know it's back there.
I figured without the emissions crap, I wouldn't need warranty anyway. I couldn't be happier. Power and torque is amazing, with no more dead pedal and sluggish feeling.
Transmission tuning is huge. Whoever engineered the shift strategies from the factory should be taken over a knee and spanked.
I can't imagine anyone that has deleted would ever regret doing it. You're truck will thank you also. 55,000 miles and looking forward to many, many more.

I have had his tune package (sounds and all) for about 5K Miles (not too long) - very easy to install - truck runs and drives way better. I would have done this sooner had I know the results were so good. No comparison to stock.

I’m right at 20,000 miles on my 2017 with DRD tunes. 19,500 of those miles have been tuned. Tow at max capacity often..... No tuning issues whatsoever.

2012 HO 3500 bought brand new in early 2013. DRD tuned in 2017 with 80k on the clock. I now have 104k. Not 1 issue except for the o ring from the egr delete being too soft and spilling coolant. Ez fix with stock green o ring off of old egr. Lots of commuting for work with 25% town and the rest ro travel home hauling a bed full of coolers for delivery. Average 18 to 19 mpg with a heavy foot.

I fully deleted and tuned at about 3,500 miles and about 11,000 miles later no issues. Runs great. I am mostly highway miles, some off road and towing nothing really heavy.

2010 2500 G56. Deleted at 117K now at 155K by me (may have been deleted before as I bought used). Motorops autocal. Edge cts2 guages, 5" turbo back mufflerless, pusher intake, Rudy's CAI, fuel plug delete. CCV delete, southbend double (fried, changing to phoenix friction stage 4, single installed in a few days). Problems I have had are as follows: Surging from day 1 on 120hp & 150 hp tune, motorops doesn't return phone calls, I'm saving to get DRD. Have reached out as I cannot get the software to connect to the ECM, with no luck. MAP sensor replacement 2 times, turbo position sensor- consistantly have a p2579 code (edge states this is common for egr delete) but it is really irritating. I have had the truck go into limp "see dealer now" a couple times and seemed like the truck was trying to Regen with 900° exhaust temps. Happened 3 times, hasn't since the last time. Overall I have had bad luck since the beginning, I love when my truck is running well, but wish I had gotten a tune from a better company. Furthermore I feel like I should have just spent the money on gears and a lift with 37s. Dodges are like land boats, money pits, my jeep was a money pit as well.
