I have some 4.30 gears for front and rear axles that need to be installed as well as a Fass 150 fuel system. I am on Stock fuel and have 3.42 gears. Do I need to Re-Tune my truck? I have MM3 with Ray's Tunes. I will be going with 40 in tires.

I think you will be fine with your current tunes.

Ray. I got the 4:30 gears installed and the 40 in tires. I reset the tire size on the tuner but it seems like my mph is way off. I had 3:42 with 37’s.
Any help is appreciated @Double R Diesel.
You need to continue to play around with tire sizes on the abs menu until you get it dialed in. Simply entering in the number 40 in case like yours will not work because the gearing has been changed. Enter a number and road test. Note how that number changed things. You will start to see a trend at some point and will be able to determine whether you need to enter a larger or smaller tire size number. Once you have that information determined, you'll be able to dial it in.
Ray,

Thanks Ray I appreciate it!
