    Back to a Cummins !

Been a member for a little bit. I have been a Cummins owner with since 97 with a 97 dually, 2004 dually, 2007 megacab dually and now a 2016 2500 megacab after a brief stint with a 2017 Chevy Duramax 2500 that drove me nuts ! Feels great to be back in a Cummins again. Just deleted with a Raceme Ultra and my own piece together stainless exhaust. Probably end up with a Calibrated Addiction tune package, head studs and trans work within the next few months. So far I have enjoyed the forums and learned quite a bit of time savers already.

    Thanks for a great forum,

    Jamie

Main thing was a vibration in the drivetrain between 73 and 80 mph. No matter what I did with tires it was there, so it wasn't a tire or balance issue, 2 of my friends have the same thing with theirs as well. Initially it had a sudden acceleration without my foot on the pedal, but a flash update fixed that. I just wasn't comfortable in the truck, the seating, interior layout etc, and it was just to "soft" in it's handling and towing.
