Hey yall, my name is Megan and I own a 2010 Megacab Cummins. it is fully deleted with a H&S Mini Max tuner. I am actually having an issue with my tuner that just started a few hours ago. i updated the tuner about a month ago and today the tuner's screen just stays black. it flashed white when i started the truck but never comes on. i have read about a glitch in the update but has been fixed so i am trying to find the link to update it again.. i plugged my sd card into my laptop and instead of bringing up the tuner updater like last time, it opens a file with ford stuff on it... wonder if that is the issue. LOL. any advice or does anyone have the link to the file updater?

How old is the tuner? Hopefully it's not one of the newer knockoffs that appeared after H&S quit. How were you able to update recently? Is there power to the tuner? If the tuner won't power up it's unlikely the SD card.The SD card will show tons of Ford files plus Duramax and Cummins.
