    Plastic coolant Y pipe.

Ok y’all so my 2013 truck starting leaking from the plastic coolant Y pipe. With Xmas here I couldn’t afford the 150$$ metal fix. I actually only live 20 min from Genos garage here in Georgia and was able to pick up the stock replacement and the upper hoses for 60$$. I rigged up a tube on a funnel and pulled the upper hose off and let the coolant drain out. Was much easier then getting to the drain on the radiator. Got a total of 1/2 a gallon out. Split very little. Was an easy swap and just wanted to spread some info.

Really wanted to share cause genos is killer but also to let people know that you don’t have to drain the radiator to do it. I was worried about the plastic drain and the o ring getting messed up. So I took my chances and it worked out.
