Stock fuel, turbo and intake.
What in the holy hell is this noise? Sounds like timing/ injector rattle but really bad. Only does it at high idle with the turbo brake activated. All other times its fine. I do get some rattle at low rpm high load situations but I consider that pretty normal.
Check out the video and tell me what you think please.
How long have you had the tune? Is this the first time this happened since it was cold? How does it sound mod 50s

I've only had the truck for a few weeks. It already had the tunes when I got it. It just now started getting cold enough for the truck to idle itself up on warm up. If I turn off the turbo brake it totally disappears. This is the 3rd time I heard it do it.
The first time I heard it I was inside my house and heard it happening through the wall! I was afraid my heater grid bolt broke off and got on top of a piston for a second until I realized what was going on.
Almost sounds like an f'd up mix of performance and lope tune. Unload tune like polarco said, then Reload the tune, try it again.

I can't put it back to stock, the ECM wouldn't like that too much considering some useless components are missing.
Ok I'll try reloading the tunes.
Its on the 60hp tune with no sound modifiers in the video. That is where I leave it.
It will have to wait until morning to try it. People in the house trying to sleep right now.
Does it run that way on any other of the provided tunes?

I don't know yet. I have not tried switching power levels. I guess if it disappears when I switch power levels I can be sure I don't have a mechanical problem.
