20002 error?
Reading INVALID SD CARD- Cannot use mm3 tuning functions.
Pickup tried to start in 2nd gear as soon as left off brake pedal it nearly died.

Just curious here.
Have you tried taking the sd card out with the truck off put it back in?
If it works make sure you retune the truck in the ecm like you would if you had just installed the MM3.

Have you sent them a message on their website.
I know its the weekend but sometimes they check for emails and will respond.
If you haven't emailed them yet.
Tell them exactly what happened and what you have tried so you might get a faster more accurate response.

Do you have a spare SD card?
Yours is bad.
Happens once in a while, but a very easy fix.
