Believe it is def pump codes. Did you run out of def fluid? Or explain what happened prior to codes.

It was just in for oil change and 4 recalls one was the water pump. Never ran out of def.

Agreed

Could have been a glitch I would clear it and then see if they come back and then come back and you must have an issue.

What year is your truck? Chrysler has a tsb out there for a bunch of emissions related codes. And the fix a software update.

https://chrysler.oemdtc.com/912/flas...00-3500-pickup so your exact codes aren't listed but it mentions the reductant system . it's probably the fix. Or atleast a 90$ deciding factor to delete. Hope this helps if the codes come back.
