2015 G56 swap won’t start

Did you flash a manual trans tune into he ecm?

2015 2500 limited with push button start. I pulled the 68RFE and swapped it with a G56. Got tune for manual trans. Everything installed but can’t get truck to crank over. Need help ASAP. Thanks in advance.

I would get access to a scan tool that can scan all the modules. And see what codes you've got and then go from there. Otherwise you may chase your tail for a good while.

If I had to guess it would be because there is multiple modules that talk to the ecm and look for inputs from the auto trans. So in my mind you've got to get all of the modules set up the way a G56 truck would be and not just the pcm. Scanning the truck would uncover that.

Obviously this is a 3rd gen but probably very similar process. I havent done a swap like this so Ill help where I can.

Oh yeah. But also we dont even know what all he has done for the swap. Ya know what I mean so it's all speculation cuz itd not just pulling an auto trans out and throwing a G56 in.

No. Just a G56 swap. I already have the new G56 tune installed. But it’s not registering the clutch being depressed to allow starter to engage
