What is the dif. between a H9 and H13 LED bulb?

Guys Just bought a used 2015 with aftermarket projector headlights- Since the truck is raised 6 inches the headlights do not work very well so want to upgrade bulb- Thinking about the GTr bulbs- The headlight says H13 engraved in it but when I took the bulb out it said H9- Not sure which bulb to get- thanks

H9 is a single beam bulb. H13 is dual beam (high & low). The base is probably close enough that either bulb will fit the housing.
