Injectors, CP3, and Turbo input please

Hey everybody I am new here and really needing some advice before making some big money orders on my truck. I currently have the truck fully deleted 2011 Cummins 3500 with a S&B intake, 5” TBE, a raptor 150 lift pump with drawl straw, fuel rail plug, and gorilla diesel efi live. I got a rough idea on some parts I’m looking at. If anyone has any different brands or had any problems with any of these parts or companies please let me know. Im wanting to be right around 700hp

    Industrial injection 10mm CP3
    Industrial injection 125hp injectors
Industrial injection s467.7 2nd gen swap kit
    ARP head studs
Hamilton valve springs and push tubes
    Banks intake horn

    Any input would be awesome

    Hi there Welcome

125 HP injectors are too big. You'll need compound turbo's to support them. There are better brands out there. It's just advertising.
Go with the FASS 150. More reliable, better built, lot less problems
I would go with the MM3 tuner.
I recommend staying away from Banks. Not too many fans of their stuff here. I always recommend Shibby Engineering.I helped with the BETA testing of them way back.
@Dude's Diesel Performance can help you out with all of this.

    Welcome!!

If you haven't seen it yet, go over to Double R Diesel's you tube page. He's got a few videos from when he was upgrading one of his trucks to hit the 700 hp mark. Very informative.

Thanks Greg. I forgot about that. I know how to fix them and make them run on stock stuff. I'm getting cheap and lazy. LOL Clayton sells DRD

Tuning is really what will make or break you. Double R Tunes for my 13 have been great right out of the packaging. Is this a daily driver or just a funzie truck? 2nd gen swap is a good call. I agree with Polaraco on 125 being large. Depending if you want to go higher than 700 then roll with them. If not then 100hps should be fine. I would recommend getting NEW Bosch....not reman injectors. Do it once and do it right!

I've always been a believer that smoke is wasted power and fuel. Rays tune proved that. I have +50 Bosch injectors in mine and that was a mistake too. But with some careful tuning, I reduced my smoke and increased my power.

I don't have to worry about deletes. The main reason I sold my 08. That truck pioneered the DPF and EGR deletes in the early 6.7's up to 2012. I can't tell you how many variations it went through. I did have a system that maintained the DPF and EGR by moving the egr tube to after the Muffler. But that budget system was unreliable and cooling it enough was a problem. I suppose I could have done something for a price. It did dramatically reduce the Regens though

Re: Injectors, CP3, and Turbo input please

Thank u all for the info. I was never planning on doing any of this to my truck LOL. My turbo just went out on me and my fuel system is getting weak. I was having issues with my rail sucking clean. So I figured I better just do it all. I drive the truck everyday too and from work. I don’t haul with the truck at all hardly and if I do it’s never over 5000 lbs. I just want a quick street truck that spoils quick and doesn’t smoke like a train

We're just responding to what you said. LOL

If that's the case, How many miles on the truck? Have you done a complete filter change on the fuel side yet?

The Fass 150 would be a good start. Maybe you want to clean the fuel system with the Archoil fuel system cleaner first with a filter change. It decarbons too. I strongly suggest a regular regiment of the Archoil fuel additive too. Just a couple of ounces per full tank is all you need and changes the way your truck runs and feels to the better.

You may not need any of this schtuff just yet. When you change the fuel filters, look for metal flakes in the filters. That indicates a bad lift pump. If it's out of warranty, then start with the FASS. Depending on where you are, get the fuel heater option
