I transport those for a dealer. (I do it for toy money. Retired) As much as I hate the ride, mannn they are a gut buster, I've seen 21 out of a brand new one. The automatics seem to get better MPG than the manuals. 9.5 is a far cry from 21. What gears are you running in the rear?
