When your engine oil level starts climbing up the dipstick is a good indicator. At least it was on my old Kenworth.

Have your oil analyzed and it will tell you if they find fuel in your oil.
Along with making oil, you'll see white smoke (raw fuel) coming out of your exhaust. You can do a contribution test too what's going on with your injectors.
