    DIY Exhaust Break

I’m working on building myself an exhaust break for my 94 12v and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how big of relief holes I need on a 3” down pipe

    Thanks for talks time

I made one 2 years ago. It didn't work because my ram wasn't big enough and/or I didn't design in enough leverage. The back pressure pushed it open. I didn't have any relief holes because the pipe was imperfect. I have since acquired a BD brake and that has no weep holes in it either. I don't know that they are necessary.

I started a thread about it somewhere around here
