Without a tuner I don’t believe so. I never could get it to come on automatically until I purchased an MM3 from Ray at DRD. He has it programmed so your exhaust brake comes on at each startup.Originally Posted by Agent47

But i have the mm3 from ray and its not doing it. I read about it working for somepeople but wasbt sure because it wasnt happening for me

Just contact Ray and ask him friend since you purchased the MM3 from him.
Mine stays on in any configuration. Whether I have had it set to key always on or send only once mode.

I think it also depends on the year of your truck. I can't do that on my 2012.
