MM3 and a reflash

Just purchased a MM3 from DRD and plan to install soon. I am also currently having issue with the backup camera in my truck. I am about the schedule the warranty service with a local dealer. My fear is that they will re-flash the truck to update the software (possible cause of camera issues). I do not know enough about it to know whether this will include the ECM or not. If they were to re-flash the ECM on a tuned truck i'm assuming everything would go back to stock. My question is how do you recover from this? Is it as simple as downloading from the MM3 again?

If they flash it no worries. Just reflash your tunes again over it.
