The EGT Sensor is great for watching temps and towing.

You don't need to do the EGR delete or Throttle Valve as DRD shuts them down. If you like the bay clean then remove that crap. Also the EGT screws into the delete cap. If you don't remove the EGR then just tap the manifold for the sensor.

As for the exhaust we like it loud, LOL. A 4" with a muffler will keep her quiet.

Get the Shibby plug kit and pillar mount.

So with the tunner installed can you monitor the Stock EGT probs? isnt there a probe in the Down pipe? Before I go and order a complete EGR delete kit, looks like a bit of a PIA to remove. I remember doing it on my Ford. What a mess. Is that a viable option to monitor the Stock probe before installing a aftermarket probe?

I think from some pictures there is a Stock probe in manifold already or somewhere in the system. Someone has to know for sure. I dont mind getting the EGT probe and installing it but dont want to waist the money if I dont have to.

There is no probe that the MM3 can monitor without the EGT Sensor.

You wont have an EGT probe in your manifold from the factory. The manifold according to every mechanic and enthusiast is the best place to monitor exhaust temps. The stock probe is in the down pipe and isn't an accurate temperature reading from the research that I've done. There is of course a probe in the DPF section but if you do a turbo back modification to eliminate all of that stuff, you wont need to monitor it there anymore and you will loose the down pipe probe.
