If i let it cool until it doesn't read on the temp gauge it will start again. Once running it will run perfect as long as I leave it running. Is this the lift pump or the pressure relief valve not working properly. What is the best way to diagnose what part is not working correctly?
I've been saying 03's are quirky.

It's been said about the lift pump. If the recall was done, it will be in the tank. More than not, they are in their original location on the side of the fuel filter. You can disconnect the fitting at that CP3 or just thread the top off the filter housing and turn on the key.

Have a piece of paper and a pen handy. Flip the ignition key on and off 3 times quickly without hitting the starter. Write down the codes displayed in your shift display and get back to us.
