2 things I’m doing my delete and I have to put on the coolant hose my ? Is does the green o ring come off because I can’t get the hose past it and also the sensor that is right above it I lost the screw thinking I could just move it but does anyone know what size that isn’t

It won't hurt anythng to remove the o-ring, you're going to crank down a hose clamp on there anyway.
