Airbox Service Message?

Hey guys and gals ever since I deleted my 2016 Ram 6.7 I have had a Airbox Service Required message pop up on my truck here and there. It doesn't always pop up on my screen when u crank the truck up but every few times I crank it up the message shows up. Are any of yall having this same issue? Just wondering why it's doing it and wonder if the factory flapper that I reinstalled in the S&B CAI is malfunctioning somehow and not opening up all the way. I have the MM3 with DRD Lite Tuning installed.

I have the MM3 with warp tunes in my truck. I installed the custom program and started getting a "brake light out" message even though my brake lights were fine. I reinstalled the stock programming and I stopped getting the message. This was just a few days ago and I'm thinking it has something to do with the custom tune I purchased. Kind of sounds like your situation.
