Last week I took my truck to a shop to rotate and balance my tires. Wile they had it they checked the front and rear alignment. Everything was good except for they told me the back axle was 2" left of center. They said they have no way to center the rear due to the 4 link-coil rear suspension and I haven't had any luck find info anywhere on this. I took some rough driveway measurements and I don't see the 2", my measurements say it's a 1/4" off.

If that’s the case I believe your tires would be wearing out a lot faster and I would also think it wouldn’t be rolling straight down the road
How are your tires wearing any abnormality to them ?

The stock track bar on my 2017 is not adjustable, I am sure your 2018 is the same. I would find a new alignment shop.
Thanks for the post, it set a light bulb off in my head. I don't know why this didn't dawn on me before now, but I think this is my answer.

What I meant was, there is no way your rear end can be 2" off center, unless something was seriously damaged. You should not need an adjustable track bar unless you are lifting.
Sorry, I'm swamped myself.
The rear wheel width is 2" wider than the front. Frankly, unless your truck was crashed, it's unlikely. Must be the drugs
