    Paint chips way to easy

The paint on my hood, doors, and tailgate seem to be very thin. The painted bumpers and grill still look great but man the chips in the edges of the hood and doors are terrible.

It's not just Ram, but all newer vehicles. Like Jpd0244 said, it's due to the technique and cost. My brother does paint and body and says they all chip like that now. Sucks for vehicle owners, but he could make a living on rock chips alone.

2015 Ram 2500 with a majestic 6.7 Cummins and 68RFE. Fully deleted with MM3 and tunes from DoubleRDiesel. 5" Flo-Pro exhaust. S&B cold air intake. Custom sound system by Me. Proud American.
