I purchased a 2010 CC a few months ago deleted and tuned running the torque technologies unit but I heard they are out of business and was wondering if anyone can make new tunes for this unit?

Welcome!!
I haven't heard that name in quite a while. I doubt you find any support for that tuner at all. Not really bad or anything, they just didn't get big enough before being washed out by bigger players.
