Engine Knock and truck Shakes

What’s up fella’s

Back again update on coolant on the ground. Found the leak on the return line. I’m guessing it expanded and then sealed it’s self back no issue since. NOW went for a drive today and went in the store while my wife stayed in the truck and I walked out and the truck was going high to low idle and was shaking and there was a pound knock every 10-15 seconds. Truck still a baby just rolled 19k today. Any thoughts guys?
