Updated firmware question

Hey, friends have anyone updated the firmware on the mm3 to the new version that Ray posted yesterday in his video?

Not sure if you can I am new to this had mine in about a month.

If you update you'll have to have your tunes redone by Ray for the new firmware to work.

You can update, as I have. Everything will work just fine. However, you will NOT see the additions that Ray's update is showing.

If you update the firmware and don't have current tunes, the switch will throw error codes if you try to use it.

There is no "switch" showing on mine after I did the MM3 update from their site. It is just a blank blue box iirc.

You have 2.2.1 firmware on your tuner. The latest is 2.2.2 and it was just released yesterday. You gotta have 2.2.2 to see the switch.

So if you do the update will all your tunes still be in the RT menu? And then a retune is required from ray to activate the switch function?
