Years ago, I had a E250 ford van with a Quigley 4x4 conversion. It had a Dana 44 front end with Warn manual locking hubs (it also had a chrome Warn bumper with an 8k winch).
I was thinking that since running in 4 wheel is such a small percentage of my miles, it would save wear on the front drive if I had manual lockers and maybe get a little more mpg too?
First, is this a bad idea for my ‘15 3500 TD Aisin?
What lockers would you suggest?
Thanks.
